I use bare minerals, and really like it. It is for all skin types. Where I live (Oklahoma) you can only purchase it at Sephora or Ulta stores and of course on line.

Basically mineral cosmetics may last for a day w/o forcing it off. I think you already know by now. Anyway I took a look at bare minerals site to get more info (im new at this). I think I got a better birds eye view of the site {deleted}

I was a big fan of Bare Minerals for many years but found it to be very expensive. I understand the term "you get what you pay for", but I decided to go on a quest to see if I could find the same quality makeup for half the price.
I finally discovered a formulation that was 100% natural. I learned that although there are a lot of mineral makeup products out there, that they are not all natural and contain fillers and ingredients that can actually irritate your skin. My cosmetics are fragrant and irritant free, and contain only Zinc Oxide USP, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Iron Oxide, Kaolin Clay. This is also a vegan product; testing is never done on animals. My customers tell me if outperforms Bare Minerals at over half the cost. Dermatologists recommend this type of makeup for those suffering from Acne and Rosacea, as the zinc oxide acts as a healing ingredient. You are not only covering your skin imperfections, you are healing your skin! Even though you are already ordering it...
Bare minerals is a wonderful make-up. I, myself, use it and have so for a while now. If applied properly and with the instructions they give, it can cover anywhere from minimal coverage to full on night out on the town coverage...even to performance make-up! It can change the skin's appearance over time. Slowly removing scars and helping acne prone skin become clear! Always moisturize and wash face before applying. There is a new night time moisturizer called Rare Minerals. It is a bed time sponge applicator in which clears up skin and basically removes the night time preparation of facial lotions. I have already ordered it and going to try it out! Like it was stated prior to my post, liquid foundations rarely help acne prone skin. There are some that have benzol peroxide in them, however with time that will dry your skin out. Sometimes changing it up after a while helps as well. Hope it works out with Bare Minerals! I have heard nothing but good things about them...even myself! =^-^=
