Because the dermatologist treats skin diseases and illnesses but i don't have none!! he can't really help me..
I've considered the clinic but i need some feedback first coz i fear the people there might convince me easily!!

Well you can have some information on net ..but be careful because on net also we have fake information, No in a clinic i don't think they will manipulate you so as to make the surgery but if you go to a beauty parlour then yes they will definitely do so..I wonder if surgery are done in sophisticated beauty parlour...!!!

Lip plumpers often use natural agents, such as cinnamon or peppermint oils, that are mild irritants to stimulate light swelling. When the body recognizes an irritant, its natural reaction is to create swelling to stabilize the area.
As swelling is a natural response to any skin irritation, lip plumpers capitalize on this natural reaction to create fullness and decrease lines and creases in the lips. In addition, lip plumpers usually include ingredients to moisturize and soften lips!!
So use them on thin lips as i do!

Lip plumber is about implanting collagen or tattooing the outlines of the lip.

You can avoid it since there are other cheaper and much more practical ways of getting a similar effect.

Try this method instead of undergoing implantation.

Step 1: Lip balm-Prepare your delicate lips with a generous slick of lip balm in advance.

Step 2: Line and define-carefully draw around the very rim of your lips with a lip liner.

Step 3: Now add some shine! I mean lip gloss.

Step 4: Plump them up-is dot a white shimmery product like eye shadow or an eyebrow highlighter in the very center of your lips. Start slowly, and blend very carefully.

There is no serious disadvantage concerning lip plumbing. The only problem associated with it is that it is not permanent. Once you wash away the makeup the full lips disappear.

What are lip plumbers; I’ve never heard about them. Do they make thin lips appear full? If anyone knows about it then please tell me. Do they require surgery?
