For gurls who have dry lips, use a lipbalm which wen applied, has a tickling sensation. This is the right type of balm. Then wait for the sensation to die before applying your lipstick or gloss. Reasons for dry lips: saliva ( yea, when you feel your lips are dry and keep on passing your tongue over them). Secondly, the lipstick you use. You shouldnt use any lipstick which comes into your hands. And try to use your personal lipstick or gloss. Do not borrow from others.

Hello girls, you should use ''Satin Lips® Lip Balm'' which
helps moisturize dry, rough lips. Clinical results show that a single application of Lip Balm moisturizes lips for at least six hours.
