Yes Hale the lipliner and the lipstick should be alike if not as you mentioned it gonan be horrible. yuck yuck black lip liner adn a rosy touch ..you will make me stop using lipstick...lol

i've read it somewhere here itself, believe me...someone did actually suggest it as a way to enhance your lips!! you shoud never wear a dark lipliner...it's disgusting!!
Seems like some people here have very weird taste in cosmetics..
Should consider going back to school!!

I do not like to appear sexy. I find it embarrassing when everyone looks at you.
I know I’m very SHY!!!!!!!!!!

Thus, I prefer light colors.

To make your lips appear sexy; coat your lips with red shaded lipstick and gently blend a glittering gloss over it. I think it will work dear. Just dare for it.

Every one wants to look sexy. What do you mean by sexy? Do you want to look irresistible? If that’s what you mean then I suppose you need to look for a very revealing color and glossy lipstick. I prefer to apply cool shades.

Don’t wear anything on your lips. That’s called sexy, Something natural. Girls exaggerate by putting layers of makeup on their lips and make them look artificial. That’s why I wear only light colored lipstick.

On a perfect and sensuous lip any kind of lipstick will look good. The shape of the lips is very important but that’s something natural we can’t do anything to change the shape of our lip.

My liquid lipsticks are fine for me. They make my lips shiny; it catches the eye of everyone. In short they are very much noticeable. I apply just the liquid and no other lipstick.

Not only have lipsticks been perfected to color our lips provocatively, but also they have been perfected to offer them protection from the elements. Lipsticks keep our lips soft, moist, supple, and noticeable.
Muted colors (purples and browns) are better to tone down large lips.
Light colors work best for thin lips.
