Oh no its just you were still a kid..she feared either you may get yourself hurt with it or you'll do a mess around the house with it..especially writting on the wall with it...this is waht children tend to do with the eyeliner of their mums. Now that you are grown up, you may use it their is an age for everything.

Now that you are of a reasonable age, you logically can use the eyeliner if you are keen to use it but i would want you to go on slowly, do not apply the eyeliner when you are in a rush, take your time and follow the upper lid very carefully to get that perfect line. It won't be so easy at the beginning but you will definitely end up in getting the perfect eyeliner!

You are grown up now you should be aware that eyeliners are safe; provided you use the right one. There is a variety of eyeliners and you need to know which one to use. Go to a cosmetic store and ask for good brand. The brand “Covergirl” is a good one.

As a kid perhaps your mom feared that you won’t know how to use it; you could have pricked your eyes with the stick. Now, you are grown you must be know how to use it. But it is wise to take precaution while doing it.
