Obviously moisturisers will help in alleviating the symptoms - use natural products based ones, my favourite is hemp seed oil cream - but the most important thing is getting enough essential fatty acids (EFAs) in your diet. Most people on a "normal" Western diet have nowhere near enough so supplementation is needed. My favourite source is hemp seed oil. Be aware that you need to take LARGE doses, at least 10 g per day, so buy it in bottles not capsules.

while your in the bed at night put some kind of petroleum on your skin and wipe it off when you get up in the morning it should help you skin. Plus keep moisturizing allot during the day. Because on what kind of soap your putting on your face. Try Noxzema it's very good for your skin.

I know some moisturizers are very greasy. I have one also. I spent a fortune for it so I can’t discard it so whenever I apply them I apply a fine coat of talc over it. it conceals the greasiness and it appears dry and soft. Try applying talc

If moisturizers make your skin greasy then you need to try homemade mask. They are equally efficient. Try egg yolk. That’s the best facial mask that I’ve ever found. Just apply the raw yolk to your face and neck for 30 minutes and rinse with cool water. Egg yolks are high in vitamin A. The mask is also very effective in healing blemishes

I’m astonished that you don’t know that there is non creasy moisturizer that is they are oil free. I know one moisturizer which will be of great help to you. Have you heard about this moisturizer?

This moisturizer is available at Valentin’s Clinic.

Apply your moisturizer when your skin is still damp. This will not let your skin appear oily. Another thing that you can do is to mix your moisturizer that you are going to use with some drops of water then apply it over your skin.
