Are you serious?

I think it would be better to make use of good quality and everlasting waterproof make up!
I never heard of using wet brush to apply make up!
If you wet your brush, then it will be spoiled!

I think she should use powder eyeshadow rather than creams or liquids eyeshadows..
The powder lasts longer!!
YOu should cover the whole eye in the light shade and blend the medium shade into the socket of the eye, from the inner eye to the outer edge, blending gently with a brush as you go and you then finish with a lick of black or brown mascara.

Well what i usually do is to to apply the eyeshadow cream a little bit, barely visible!!
I then dab the powder on it and it makes sure that the eyeshadow lasts really long since the powder going to stick to the cream!!
In fact i have to spend time to remove them at night..

I love this particular eyeshadow. It's a roll on and it's so easy to glide on the lids. Not to mention it's shimmer I love. Clarins has them. Anyone tried it?
It enhances youthful radiance by minimising fine eye contour lines and skin imperfections.v_131.jpg

May be this shimmering eye shadow would do wonders and last for a longer time!
My friend uses this and i always see her with this eye shadow which can last for one day and one night, just like it stained on her skin!
