Our eyes need to have some exercise..they are very simple....& beneficial for the eyes......try it

Lift the eyes to the ceiling and then to the floor. Repeat it for 10 times.
Rest the eyes either by blinking rapidly or covering them with palms.

Look straight ahead at eye level, then slowly to left side at eye level and then to right side at eye level. Repeat it for 3 or 4 times.

Make a circle, first clockwise and then anti-clockwise, with the eyes. Repeat for 5 times.

You absolutely right coco....this is something which are rarely perfomed by most of us, however eye exercises can prevent or slow vision loss by strengthening eye muscles and maintaining lens flexibility

I have learned that also, that our eyes need to relax. In the information age, the eyes are really taking a beating. Our society has become so visual, many of us practically use our eyes for practically everything we do during our waking hours. Sitting hours infront of a screen, then they surely required some rest.

Some parallel viewing relaxes the muscles of the eyes as if you were gazing off into the distance.

By parallel-viewing images at this web site you can relax the strained muscles that have been working hard to focus on the monitor -- without leaving the computer! (Is that a good thing?)

Yes i've heard that you can use parallel-viewing and cross-viewing to exercise the eyes..
Parallel-viewing can relax your overworked eye muscles. and you might also try the cross-viewing exercise to make your eyes work out..
Going back and forth from cross-viewing to parallel-viewing is a form of aerobic exercise for the eye muscles. It feels good and increases the flexibility of your visual system.
