Eye exercises can be helpful to avoid eye strain. If you feel that your eyes are drowsy and heavy though you had a complete sleep then try this tip. Place a slice of cucumber on your eyelid and let it there for 5 minutes. It will make your relax and refreshed.

First, rub your hands together until they feel warm (about 15 to 20 seconds). Then place your cupped hands over your closed eyes, being careful not to touch your eyes with the palms of your hands. The fingers of each hand should overlap and rest gently on the center of your forehead. Don't create any unnecessary pressure on your face. If your arms get tired, rest your elbows on a table.

The causes of eye strain are caused by constantly watching on the computer screen. Furthermore, it happens that we get so much engrossed on the computer screen that we forget to blink the eye which results in eye dryness. To avoid visual fatigue take breaks in between your working hours and for eye dryness, it is simple; you have to blink your eyes.

If you are getting any eye strain then you need to give your eyes complete rest. Just close your eyes for a few minutes and then continue with your job. This will help to ease the tension.
