Vitamins A, B and C is very essential for the good care of the eyes. Carrot, celery, parsley, spinach etc contain a large amount of vitamin A.

And also 8 to 10 hours of sleep is a must for bright eyes.

any other advice

Eating cabbage and carrots is very beneficial for the eyes.
These should be eaten raw.
It is all right to drink cabbage and carrot juice mixed together or separately.

Better i go for the salads then..
The raw vegetables will surely give me all the vitamins i need to keep my eyes healthy!!
I should perhaps try the carrot juice though i don't think it really is tasty!!

Carrots contain lots of Vitamin A, which your eyes use to turn light into nerve signals.
Also vegetables like broccoli, sweet potatoes, mangos, and liver are also rich in Vitamin A.

Vitamin A also helps to keep the outer membrane of the eye (the cornea) clear and plays a major role in night vision.
