Hi all,I am a fitness freak.. I go to the gym daily and exercise for a hour or two and then do aerobics too, result being that I have lost a lot of weight and I look very thin now and pale too. My skin has begin to sag everywhere expecially on my face where its quite noticeable.. How can I tighten the skin on ad around my face at least.. My face looks old and haggard now.. what do I do to get back my glowing skin?

Default Recipe on Skin Tightnening
This is a tried and tested formula and any beautician would also suggest this to you, that you take a egg white, beat it stiff and then add some bananas which are mashed by hand and fullers earth.. Make a paste and apply on the face.. The egg white is an excellent skin tightener and the bananas make the skin smooth and soft..

I feel the egg must be smelling a bit if we apply on the face but yes, the bananas and fullers earth must be negating the smell too.. !! Hey, all this sounds great. ! Must try this sometime... !

Your skin tends to sag and lossen because you're growing old!!
Do you suffer from wrinkles too...i guess you must!!
YOu should have a face uplifting done!! you can have it done at your beautician and it's gonna cure you of the wrinkles too!

A well-balanced diet is essential to beautiful-looking skin and a slim body. Any deficiency in nutrients your body experiences is usually visible on the face, not to mention the harmful effects it can have on your body‘s functions.

It's very simple to get back your glowing skin carolyn, you simply have to eat healthy food and use appropriate nourishing body lotion and face cream.
To maintain a healthy skin, you should also consume lots of fruits and vegetables.

Use a skin toner named Premier; this antiseptic formulated, none alcoholic purified skin toner with whitening essence helps to maintain the skin’s natural balance with astringent action to firm pores and stimulate the skin.

Exercises never have such undesirable effects. In fact they are highly recommended for good skin since they force the blood to circulate to all parts of the body thus it gushes to the skin hence brings oxygen and food to the skin. So, overall exercises are good it’s only you that have been neglecting your food consumption. You need to eat also. You can’t only do exercise.

Feed you skin with foods rich in nutrients, and if you don't know what are the main ingredients which you should consume for your skin care, do not hesitate to take help from a beautician and continue with your daily exercise.

This can’t be true because exercises help to firm the skin since the muscles are developed. Perhaps, you are doing the exercises in the wrong way. Get yourself a coach to help you with the exercises.
