No need to use oil or cosmetic that are rich in vitamin E.
These are foods which are rich in Vitamin E:
Wheat germ oil
Almonds
Sunflower seed
Sunflower oil
Safflower oil
Hazelnuts
Peanut butter
Peanuts
Corn oil
Spinach
Broccoli
Soybean oil
Kiwi
Mango
Spinach
Consume these foods and the deficiency of vitamin E in your body will be fulfilled.

Vitamin E is not that advantageous if taken in excess. Excess of Vitamin can lead to infertility. Did anyone know about it? One needs to control the intake of vitamin E. be careful but this does not mean that you should stop taking vitamin E.
