helo beauty loverz.... have u ever thought of giving urself a face massage apart from enhancing ur face beauty by doing all sorts of make-up each day...yes we can do it ourself(coz going at the parlour each time is time consuming n costly and besides lets b practical we cnt go to the parlour each day!!!)
well, apart from using all sorts of creams to make the face skin firmer, u can do simple little maneuvers(exercises) to keep the face firm.... it can b done with ur face cream itself n 2 times per day wud b better...bt since mornings are hectic...then night time after washing the face n wen applying yr night cream do this little massage....it takes only some 5 mins or so.... bt very beneficial to the face beauty n u wnt need a face lift!!!! or spend money like water later in life....

take the usual amt of cream u usually use for ur face....put little dots on the forehead, each cheek, nose, chin n neck... now work with each area little by little...
--1st the forehead...using yr finger tip do circular motions starting from the nose bridge to the temples...do semi circles in opposing directions with the index finger...then flatten the four finger (excl. the thumbs) on the forehead, the fingertips should meet at the center of the forehead, then slide them down slowly towards the temples(this is to remove/smoothen out those horrible wrinkles that mark our forehead)
--2nd the cheeks flatten each palm on either cheeks n slowly massage into circular motions-both clockwise n anticlockwise... make ur hands move upwards(this adds to lifting the skin)
--3rd is the nose, masage along each side of the nosebridge witht he index n middle fingers
--4th the chin... to b done in alternate movements...cup the chin with one hand and move in an upward direction towards the cheeks, then cup the other chin with the other hand n do the same on the other side
--5th the neck, for this u open ur hands wide and massage the whole throat region n then starting from the base of the throat move upward towards the underchin....this will lift the neck skin

and finally, while yr hands are stil coated with cream, lift ur hair and slowly massage the nape.....

here u go...i do this regualry(nt everyday-lack of time, n i study at night n by the time i finish i jus drop on bed) and it has wonderful effects on the face, the skin looks firmer n younger, it revitalises the cells around n makes blood circulation better n also its such a gud relaxation for the whole face....

do it n ul see for yrself how nice it is...

There are many simple movement which we could do while we are at work, sitting infron of the tv. These simple movement would help the face muscle to relax. Face massage is important but most of the time it is overlook or it is taken for granted.

Oh my God, so many instructions!!!!!!!!!!! I won’t be able to remember them all. It’s better that I do it at a beauty parlor or at a massage specialist. Well, the best massage is when you rub soap on your face to wash it.

Don't commit this blunder of rubbing soap on your face, this is not recommended, you will either irritate the skin tone or simply damage your face's skin. Soap contains chemicals elements which are bad for the face's skin.

I just can’t understand anything that you’ve posted. Just demonstrate it. Do it practically for me. Don’t you think that will be a better idea. Have you got any tips for backache; post something simpler this time.

I would rather go to a beauty parlor to get my facial massage done, because the details you've given to us seem so complicated and not our field, even if we try it, that would not be the same and i think we should let the aestheticians do their job!

Do the massage with a good oil to get the utmost advantage of the massage. Have you heard of Accroc-Disiaque- it’s a blend of natural oils to soften and smooth your skin, deliciously scented with chocolate.
