That's not funny about you making fun of the queen..you know fair complexion and red lipstick were quite fashionable these days..that's why the queens used it!!
There are many things that people do just for the sake of being fashionable...nowadays it's even worse!!

So what if the queens were appreciated and loved for their cosmetic taste??

Thanks for the information Irina. It started quite long before and is still undergoing evolution, now we have natural and the famous permanent lipstick.

I’m not really interested who invented lipsticks. You said probably the Egyptian were the pioneers in using lipsticks. This means that your information can be wrong. It’s better we forget about the history and enjoy what is available now.

Are you a history student? I don’t have the patience to dig into history subjects. They are so boring. Good that you are, otherwise we would have never know the facts about lipsticks.

I should say that you have a fantastic memory for you to capture all these information by just listening to it on the radio. You must be very good academically coz you capture things perfectly.

You are very funny. What is the need for all the history? You are like the boring history teachers that always keep on talking about things that do not make sense or out of our common sense.

I wonder what is the use of knowing the history of lipsticks. What I’m interested is the actual development in lipsticks; like what are the new brands and new ways of applying lipstick.
