Well i would never be able to bear chillies on my lips..i think she should buy some lipstick with really bad taste to make her feel disgusted to chew her lips..i think she should be able to buy some at the pahrmacist!!

she should also try to chew some other things like chewing gum or nuts rather than her lips..

Chewing gum is not good she must find a natural method of how to stop chewing her lips...I was joking concerning the chilly on the lips I guess no one is crazy to to do that

She should resist the urge to remove the fresh, new layer of skin in her cheek when she wakes up in the morning.
I would advise her to have a piece of sugar-free chewing gum ready to pop in the mouth and chew on that instead.
And also every time she feel the urge to bite her lip, apply some lip balm.

Its only her that can change the habit..

Does she has a Bf..

If yes then the bf can help her may be she can listen to him..its her lover after all..

Oh no the bf can compliment her saying lipstick look good on her lips and sexy as well..this can encourage her to let still the lipstick..

This is a very bad habit chewing lips

There ar e special lipstick for such problem.Generally they don't taste nice.Anytime your friend gonna try to chew her lips,she'll have to stop out of hate for the bad taste.

I know I told you earlier that I like taking care of my body very much, but in this case I think it's more about girls' stuff!! But I heard about Permanent lipsticks. I don't know how they work but the word says it all I think. It might solve the vanishing lipstick prob, I don't know.

Why don’t you suggest your friend to use permanent Lipstick which are smear proof, kiss proof and fool proof!
