does she smoke, because those who smoke have darker lips.
and second thing, maybe the lipstick brand she has been using was not of good quality.
she needs to use lesser lipstick, use a nice balm and try to avoid using to many coats...

You may keep your lips red by trying these few tips.

Lips massage: Before going to bed massage do a little bit of massage with your lips with drops of glycerine, lime juice and honey.

Lemon is natural bleach apply it with a little glycerine at night.

Or you may apply almond oil which is good for discoloration of skin. It can be used any where in the body

Well i know that she should avoid appyling lipstick as this would only make the lips darker!!
Use lime or a piece of lemon, which you apply before going to bed!!

She used very bad trade mark...

Children should not be allowed to wear lipstick of adult or any otehr cosmetic..

There is a time for eveything..

Now some special cream can be use but I don't know whether it will remove the blackness...

Hey How do you know she is a kid..she did not mention it...

yes on this point you are right, bad trade mark also is one of the contributing factor..Overuse also..and before going to sleep, lipstick, should be removed...

This is horrible..I think she is allergy ..before the lips become completely black, tell her to see a skin doctor which can give her a cream that will make her lips become back to normal...

She must stop using lipstick for the time being and avoid any other products on the lips other than a doctor's advice...
Tell her to put some aloe vera on her lips..
