What kind of eyeliner would be best for my eyes?? i have rather long eyelashes and i was wondering if the liquid or pencil eyeliner's better???

Eyeliners are meant to define the eyes..they come in various forms liquid or pencil etc..doesn't really matter what type of eyeliner as long as you get the desired effect!!
Just remember to keep the eyeliner natural.

Here's some tips to get you a perfect eyeliner..

position your brush, pencil, or applicator so it is as close to the lash-line along the eyelid as possible.
Then draw a line from the inner to outer corner using one stroke.
To start, keep the line as thin as possible, and if a thicker line is desired, repeat the process either across the entire lash or simply on the outer lid along the lashes.
Making the line along the eyelid a solid, even one, starting thin at the front third of the lid and becoming slightly thicker at the back third of the lid can be an attractive classic look.

I always had problems to apply my eyeliner and they always get smudged!

Although there are two types of eyeliner, liquid and pencil form, it is recommended to only use pencil form on the lower lids of the eyes.

Eyeliner in liquid form is most effective when only used on the top lids of your eyes.
so you better have both the liquid and the pencil eyeliner to enhance your eyes!!

Use True Deep Eyeliner. It is a liquid one. It is available in 4 colors I prefer the black and blue colors. But most often I use the black one. Buy this one. I believe they are the best eyeliners.

You should use the one with which you feel more comfortable and easy to use.
For you long lashes, i guess should be having many difficulties in applying the eyeliner, am i right?
Better use the pencil itslef, it would look the same!

You should use either the pencil or the eyeliner. The eyeliner is the best when used to contour the eyes but they need a good expertise to apply it. The pencil is easy to use but the outcome is not good as the eyeliner.

Use the liquid one because it appears thicker as compared to the pencil. Moreover, the pencil starts to fade when you start blinking your eyes. Most of the eyeliner stuck to the upper eyelid.
