Zen is completely right. He is saying that because trying to stop smoking is very hard and this is the main problem for his teeth!!Maybe your a non smoker and don't know how hard it is to stop smoking....He is trying to stop coffee also,it will be much more harder so,my advise it to try one at a time...

No this is impossible whether we are living in a modern world, full of technology everywhere or with modern science, 100% complete white teeth is impossible..I maintain my decision and you can stuck to yours..Good day..

The two previous posters are right. My brother smokes a lot and he doesn't have bad teeth. It may depend on the toothpaste or the wawy you brush your teeth. Some people don't know how to clean their mouth. Maybe you're doing all the thing wrong, we never know, try to ask someone close to you how he brushes his teeth

If you have some really important event coming up, try brushing your teeth with baking soda. It tastes gross, but it will whiten them a little.

Brushing/gargling with hydrogen peroxide works too, but it will kill all bacteria, good and bad, in your mouth. You shouldn't use this for more than ten days because after ten days you run the risk of getting a black hairy toungue. Also, make sure if you do this, to do it before bed and not in the morning before work because it will temporarily turn your gums white too (from tiny cuts).

I hope I helped, and good luck!

try using half a spoon of baking soda with half a spoon of salt...mixed together and made a paste with a few drops of water...apply that on yr tooth brush and brush GENTLY and throughly...
try not to taste it with yr tongue....it tastes awful but works well , definately whitens your teeth..

I used Dr. George's whitener a couple of times a year. I lost 2 fillings and one of the teeth broke in three parts down to the skin. My dental bill for fixing all that comes to $5,500.
When you have a career and a good salary you can have your dentist give you white coverings for your teeth. Ask your dentist about those.

Use a whitening tooth paste, and brush them several times daily. Also use those crest whitestrips. Those help a lot.

You can get them at just about any store now, such as Walgreens or Target.
