I consume alcohol; it’s been 2 years that I drink and as a result I got dry and chapped lips. So, I started using lip balm but even with lip balm my lips were never like before. Then, I consulted a doctor and the latter told me that drinking too much alcohol is causing me such problems. so, it's my advice to you girls that stay away from alcohol.

Of course you need to stay away from alcohols. I don’t know if it really affects the lips but I know that alcohol is not good for you overall body. Try to consume less if you can’t stop it but do me a favor-control it.

If the doctor says then it must be positive. It’s not good to doubt the doctors. In fact it is true that alcohol affect the lips. You should stop consuming alcohol. Okay?
As from today start your life afresh. You are a woman and one day you’ll be a mother and you should be aware of the fact that alcoholic mothers affect the health of the baby. Take a good resolution dear; it is for your own good.

This I’m hearing for the first time. Are you sure that alcohol can be harmful for the lips? It is very strange that they can be harmful. If what you say is true then we need to find remedies to escape any harm to the lips. Is there any way solution for that?

I believe that alcohol do affect the skin since they do reach our skin. I got to know about it from the new alcohol test that analyzes the alcohol level in the body by examining the skin. the result is obtained within 30 seconds. Amazing isn’t it? so, please avoid the consumption of alcohol if you love your skin.

Are you sure alcohol causes darkening of the lips? I don’t really think so. There are so many women that consume alcohol in the pub and I have noticed their lips are okay. No dark lips at all. Even the dark women have rosy lips. Check well, what is causing the darkening of your lips.

Of course alcohol causes drying; not only the skin but the whole body itself. You’ll be amazed to know about the further dangers of alcohol to your skin; it causes redness to the skin or promotes blotchiness of the skin. Moreover, it causes the enlargement of the peripheral vessels of the skin.
