You should powder your mouth with light translucent face powder and then apply lipstick. It will stay on longer

Also touch up your lips with lip liner and lipstick throughout the day. If the lipstick bleeds, remove it with a moistened cotton swab and reapply the foundation, powder, liner and lipstick.

I once had this problem..

It pains a lot...and very embarassing as well..

When you have severe lip bleeding, use a clean cloth and apply it to the area affected..

Press firmly for 15 mins..the bleeding will stop...

usually people in winter, have this problem, so you need to moisture your lips...

You don't need to run into ladies room every 30 minutes ..you can keep a little mirroir with you...what I would say, the bleeding is caused because of dry skin, so use a lotion to moisture or hydrate the lips this is important..for dating, you can tell your bf concerning the lip if he is an understanding person, he will surely understand..like that you won't be feel embarassed..

Use permanent lipstick. That’s a new technology provide you with full, sexy lips and color that doesn't come off. Whether you eat, drink or blot your lips, the color will stay on fresh, glossy and bright and won't come off, unless you want to take it off.

To prevent lipstick bleeding, outline your lips with Clarins Lip liner Pencil, soften the pencil line by brushing inwards using the lip brush and then apply lip color with the lip brush. To set lipcolour, blot with a tissue and apply a second coat of lipstick. For an ultra smooth application apply Extra-Firming Age-Control Lip & Contour as a base.
