Regular massage of fresh amla mashed to a paste will do wonders. The application of this paste will improve the colour of hair (delay the process of greying), prevent your hair from falling and moreover has a cooling effect on the entire system.

Is that so, what make you believe that massaging your hair regularly with fresh amla will do such wonders and where do we get fresh amla, is it a root or seed available in the market?

Hey, this is too much, i don't think the Amla oil would delay the greying process of middle age people! It is an essential oil but doesn't do miracles!
Yep, you will find this oil in every beauty stores or supermarkets an ddon't worry about the price, it's very cheap compared to other products.

Where can I get this oil? Are they expensive? Previously I was using an oil whose smell was very spicy and that was affecting my eyes. The smell as very bad and my friends were pulling my legs because of the foul smell. So, I had to quit the oil. I hope I won’t face the same problem with Amla.
