Hi...Avon has a great dandruff shampoo. ... also i have always been told to rinse my hair with warm water not hot as the hot water dries the scalp out and causes more dandruff.. good luck

You could also try Selsun Blue or Pantene Pro-V Dandruff Formula.

However, if your dandruff doesn't improve with over the counter products, it may be an issue for you and your dermatologist to deal with. He or she might prescribe Nizoral, a prescription dandruff shampoo with very effective, proven ingredients.

I watched a programme recently where a professional hairdresser said that if you crush an asprin and mix it with ordinary shampoo, it works as well as any proprietary anti-dandruff shampoo. I don't have dandruff, so I haven't tried it

Stay away from all the harsh stuff like t-gel or head and shoulders. Go natural and buy shampoos with tea tree oil in them or buy some pure tea tree oil and add a fews drops to your regular shampoo. Believe me it works!

head and shoulders is the death sentence for your hair (especially if it's colored). Try a clarifying shampoo for about a week; dandruff can be caused by product build up.
also, check out deep conditioning treatments for your hair and scalp; preventative is the best way to go.

Redken Solve. It's green and probably the best dandruff product on the market.

You are right, the dermatin is best known to eliminate dandruffs for any hair type. Hey friends, if you have dandruffs problem, i would also suggest you to use the dermatin product to fight the dandruffs which are very difficult to disappear easily.

I know Dermatin; it is a highly reputed brand. I have never used this shampoo but I’m sure it is going to work. I have undergone the pain of having dandruff so; I know exactly what a relief it is when you see the dandruff to disappear.

Dandruff; this is a headache. My mom has dandruff and that never ceases to appear. She uses all kinds shampoo, I think she has also used the one tat you have mentioned. But all the shampoos are not that effective. The doctor says that this is because of her eating habit so, now she is controlling her food.
