Hair gel, hair spray or hair glittering should be avoided. You can use it rarely for special occasion. This is because it contains chemicals that can severely damage your hair and causes hair loss. So do you use all these products often. Has anyone’s hair damage here because of hair spray, gel or hair glittering.

I don't use any of that. I stay natural while going to any place. But personally yes they do contain chemicals and in order not to damage your hairs, use it as less as possible. or you can use a shampoo to protect your hair from the negative effetcs of the hair spray.

What do you intend to tell us really..
Are you trying to say that we should stop using hair glitters and hair spray..you are talking as if we should stop using these products as if they are the enemy NO 1.

Everything should be use in moderation.

You can make use of them whenever you want as it is very trendy but you should not apply the products on the scalp and also use the best product recommended by a professional not cheaper products that you see in supermarkets which are unknown to you.

I didn't feel the need to use these products, i like natural and simple look, even my hairdresser prevented me from using these glittering hair products as i have a very sensitive scalp!
But for those who like these stuffs should buy good quality ones recommended by a professional or your hairdresser!

My brother lost quite a great amount of his hair because of the hair gel which he used everyday! He was almost bald that he went to the hairdresser and got the rest of his hair shaved! Fortunately, it's very stylish nowadays....

Sometimes I think if these products are harmful for the hair then why are they manufactured to be used on the hair. Isn’t the FDA aware of the ill things that are happening in the world of hair cosmetics? I think we need to report about it at the FDA.

Of course they damage the hair. The sprays make the hair too dry. Constant application of the hair gels and sprays can make them hair brittle and force them to break.
Who-cares is right when she is saying not to use these products.

If they damage the hair then why are they used and sold in large quantities? The celebrities use it so, why can’t the common public. This is not right. I feel there is nothing dangerous concerning hair sprays or gels.
