I lose too much of my hair. I’m afraid of using any shampoo since they contain chemicals.
Is there any homemade shampoo to treat hair loss.

HI Jingle, massage Amla oil into the scalp regularly. This is true a fact, i have tried it and it works. It can show wonderful results, it will stop hair falling.
Eat a protein rich diet inluding green leafy vegetables, carrots, mango, dried apricots, whole grain cereals, sprouts, lentils in the daily diet.

Hi Jingle, this is a particular case and demands treatments like anti-gout and anti-arthritis medications or antidepressants.
Poor nutrition can also be the cause for your hairs, start with these treatments first and the hair specialist himself would suggest you the appropriate shampoo.

It's normal for everyone to lose some hair. In fact, we lose about 100 hairs each day as old hairs fall out and are replaced with new ones. Here is a homemade recipe for you Jingle. The ingredients are: 1 tablespoon of aloe gel, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of garlic juice, 2 egg yolks, 3 tablespoons of chamomile and 24 fluid oz of water.

Instructions:

1) Peel garlic and use a garlic press to squeeze the juice out

2) Mix it with honey and place the bowl in the fridge

3) Boil water with chamomile tea for about 30 minutes

4) Stir occasionally

5) When tea is done, take the bowl with honey and garlic juice out of the fridge

6) Stir in an egg yolk into the garlic juice/honey mix

7) Use the mix and gently rub it in your scalp. When you run out of the paste, wrap a towel around your head.

9) To finish off, wash your hair off with the previously prepared chamomile tea.

For hair loss you need to design a food regime which include food that are rich in silica, calcium and iron. Consume green, leafy vegetables, especially sea vegetables, are good mineral sources. Raw oats provide silica. Dried fruits and cherry juice are rich sources of iron.

Too much salt can slow hair growth, drink more water that you can and once you return your body back to its natural balance, your copper and sodium levels will fall within the normal range. Then, and only then, will your hair grow back (hopefully!).

For hair there are lots of things you can do. See what treatment appeals to you:
  • Rub olive oil on your scalp before going to bed and wash it next morning.
  • Wash your hair with cold water only and always rub your scalp well when washing your hair
  • Try boiling heena leaves in mustard oil. Let the leaves to burn and filter the oil from the mixture. Now apply the oil to the scalp.

Organic shampoo refers to food grown without synthetic pesticides, insecticides, herbicides, fungicides, hormones, fertilizers or other synthetic or toxic substances for a three-year minimum. No artificial flavors or colors have been added. You can use it without any fear, there are no toxins and chemical elements in the Organic products.

Can't we use eggs as a homemade recipe to treat hair loss?? I just read a threat which talk about eggs and it's efficacy. I don't know too much about the homemade recipe, i will have to look for a good one before i suggest it to you.

There are ready made shampoos which can treat hair loss too. It is not necessary that the chemical will always do harm to you. Trust them for once but trust a good shampoo.
