Follow these tips

1. Brush a light shadow from lash line to brow. Add second layer from lash line to crease.

2. When applying liner, widen the line at the outer edge to lift the corner.

3. An icy blue eyeliner along the lash line will open up "heavy" eyes.

4. Curl lashes at corner of your eyes. These lashes are often missed.

5. Use black or navy mascara to add definition.

6. False lashes aren't the easiest to apply, but will do wonders for your eyes.

7. Use an ivory or white highlighter beneath the brow.

8. Darken brows to frame the eyes. Ignoring the brow area can completely ruin all the work you have done to open up the eye area

Are you sure your boyfriend will go mad seeing this change or he would rather scream and running away????
If you don't want this to happen, then go to a beauty parlor and make up your eyes there, they are professional and would give you the make up you want.

Not all boys like big eyes; maybe your boyfriend is one among them so be careful. Don’t do this to your eyes which your boyfriend won’t like. Okay!!!!!!!!!
Just a simple make up is enough to turn the head of the boys. So do the basic steps of aye make up and I’m sure your boyfriend will be happy.

I saw many smokey eye make up pictures on this forum along with the applying techniques and you can use that to acquire the look you are looking for.

Since your eyes are small you should avoid using eyeliners as they’ll show the shape of your eyes, thus the smallest of your eyes will be too evident.
Use concealers at the contours of your eyes, mascara and some eye shadow. This will be all for you.

I’m sure that your boyfriend must be loving your eyes. No need to bring changes your eye makeup style. Just be like you are.
I know you are eager to hear praising words from your boyfriend. Don’t worry, this day will come too.

yeah the day will come only if she does something about her looks... or gets herself a boyfriend who likes her just the way she is
