I had my eyebrows waxed by the same person who usually does it and I received a 2nd degree burn. The area under my eyebrow is swollen and I am in a great deal of pain. Does anyone know what I can do to relieve the pain
and bring the swelling down. Also do you think there will be a scar? Pleasse help I am at work and really suffering.

HI Special Chick, i feel it's important that you go through this:http://www.nbc10.com/health/7787920/detail.html which says that infections can happen to anyone waxing eyebrows and believe me, you should look for another beauty parlor cause this one is unhygienic.

For burns no need to buy medicines some ice over it is enough. Relax!!!!!!!!!it’s not the end of the world. They will heal, I do understand that they are a bit ugly as they just on your face and cannot hide it. have some patience.

Hi....I noticed your post. The same incident happened to me yesterday and I am., understandalbly, a bit apprehensive about the outcome. How has your eyebrow healed? Thanks so much...
