My grandma’s eyes are dropping and I’m suggesting her to do a lifting for her eyes. Her skin is normal. She did a lifting for her facial skin but the eyes are still drooping. Do you think my suggestion is right for her or this surgery can be too dangerous for her?

This you need to check out with a doctor because your grandma must be too old and only the doctor can say if the operation is worth doing or not. It also depends the condition of her eyes.

her eyes... are dropping? you mean like the skin under her eyes...

well there are eye lifting creams too right? so why doesn't she try one of those first on the recommendation of an expert?

This depends on the fact that how old your grandma is.
Does she has the energy and vitality to endure a surgery
Beauty is not all in life …….Health counts too.

This is an excellent article with many diagrams, photos, details about lower eye lid surgery, also known as blepharoplasty:
Modern Advances in Lower Eyelid Surgery or How to Get Rid of the Bags and Circles!
definitely the surgery for her depends on her age and health condition, and this can only be confirmed by a doctor or surgeon.

What is your grandma's age? Whether she will withstand a surgery? Otherwise surgery is not advisible. Better You will consult good Eye specialist.
