I swim 3-4 times in a week in swimming pool. I really like swimming and for me this is the best sport. I don’t do swimming for competition purposes but I do that to ease the tension. I feel free and relaxed when I swim. But I’m also aware that in swimming pool there is chlorine and it damages the hair. I want to know how I can get rid of the chlorine.

There is no shampoo that can help you to get rid of the chlorine. A good shampoo can only remove the oils and clean the hair from any dust particles. The chorine stays in the hair. You can wear swimming caps when you swim.

If there isn’t any shampoo then do not swim in the swimming pool. You’ll not be threatened by chlorine. There is the sea in which you can continue with your swimming.

What a fantastic idea Sunshine. But, what if the person leaves far from the sea. think about that.
Can’t chlorine be banned, I mean can’t other substance be used to purify the pool’s water.

There is no other element that can clean water. There are other substances that can kill bacteria but they are so powerful that they can even kill us if we drink water containing these components. So, we have to adjust to chorine.

Another option is to find a health club, resort, or spa that has a salt water pool.

That might be hard to find but give it a shot.
