What are the best cleanser and toner for dry skin? My skin is dry and I do not want to cause further damage by using the wrong product.

You need be very precautious if you have dry skin because a bad cleanser can make your skin dryer. You must use a cleanser which is made for dry skin only. I have heard that Proto-Col Coral Cleanser & Toner is best suited for dry skin. It has its toner too.

I like the Cetaphil gentle cleanser or the generic versions at Target/Walmart/CVS.

For toner, just get a bottle of witch hazel but it will dry out your face.
