My friend is really worried because she has dark circle around his eyes. She feels that she looks ugly. The skin around her eye area has become dry. I don’t know what to do to help her. I’m seeking help from girls and I would like you people to give me some advice.

She feels she is ugly? That’s very bad. This can become very serious; she can develop some inferiority complex.
You are indeed a true friend since you are helping her when she is undergoing a tough phase

Show the circles to a doctor, he can do something for your friend. Only the doctor can say if your friend needs medication or not. There are certain factors which causes the dark circle and you have to know what it is.

Has she tried an eye cream maybe for the dryness? I like Benefits eyecon and have heard great things about clarins eye contour I think its called. Also, she might have them because of lack of sleep and/or water. Make sure she is drinking a good amount of water and eating healthy. A good concealor can help too.

Default Dark circle
First you made potato paste and then apply mildly both up and bottom eyelid. You will make regularly one week and then see difference.

Maybe a good pattern of better sleep might help too? There are so many eye creams for that too she can buy, but bags and dark circles mostly caused by lack of sleep. That is my cure when the creams aren't working. Hope it's not too serious.

Default For the dark circles
You might tell your friend to try a Green Corrector for underneath her eyes. It will brighten the skin and make the shadows less noticeable. Does your friend use a mineral foundation???
