My skins pretty sensitive and complicated, prone to getting oily and dry in different patches! Can you help me?

You cleanse your skin, I don’t mean washing. The real cleansing. If you do not do it then start doing it and please do not take it lightly. Buy a good cleansing agent and do it regularly.
