Well, I am an Asian, and my eyes look fairly small. So, I was wondering if I can put eyeliner or eye shadow in a specific place to make my eyes appear larger. Do you think you can help me?

Use a thin line of eyeliner above the lash line on the edge of your eyelids. By doing this your eyes will appear more open and the eyeliner must be black or of darker shade. As for eye shadows use a neutral eye shadow and contour the eyelids well.
