My skin tone is uneven. By the way I’m an African-American and. What should I do? How can I fix this? I have blotches of darker skin on my face where the sun hits the most how can I lighten them?

You need to escape the sun of course. Try sunscreen for better results. Pigmentation can be easily resolved with creams. Bleaching is another option which can help.
