I have a friend who has blackheads. She did not have blackheads at first but since a month these eruptions have started to appear. Seeing her I’m conscious that I should do something to protect myself so tell me how can I keep my face free from blackheads and spots?

well, what skin type are you?
oily skin types are usually more prone to being affected by blackheads, in which case i would advise you to get an effective cleanser meant for oily skin type.

Visiting a spa or sauna on a regular basis helps to clean out any impurities from the skin that could build up to cause black heads and spots.

Post black heads.
A black head is a yellowish or blackish bump or plug in the skin. Mainly found along the nose. It is formed when the subaceous glands in your skin become plugged with things like makeup or excessive oil hence why oily skin types are more prone. Proper skin care is the main way to prevent this from happening washing your face properly is the most common way or even buying treatments like wipes or special cleansers from the drugstore is a proper method. Some people choose to go to a spa for treatments, it may reduce the problem, but it won't prevent it.

Nothing you could do would prevent getting blackheads. The only thing you can do is try and clean out your pores properly and sweating then washing is the best way to do this, hence my suggestion of visiting a sauna or spa.

Default Blackheads
Go to walmart & buy "St. Ives Apricot scrub" & start using it once a week or more often if you start getting them really bad. Its a scrub cream so basically it just scrubs away dead skin & blackheads. Try it out let me know if you like it.
