I was a big fan of Bare Minerals for many years but found it to be very expensive. I understand the term "you get what you pay for", but I decided to go on a quest to see if I could find the same quality makeup for half the price.

I finally discovered a formulation that was 100% natural. I learned that although there are a lot of mineral makeup products out there, that they are not all natural and contain fillers and ingredients that can actually irritate your skin. My cosmetics are fragrant and irritant free, and contain only Zinc Oxide USP, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Iron Oxide, Kaolin Clay. This is also a vegan product; testing is never done on animals. My customers tell me if outperforms Bare Minerals at over half the cost. Dermatologists recommend this type of makeup for those suffering from Acne and Rosacea, as the zinc oxide acts as a healing ingredient. You are not only covering your skin imperfections, you are healing your skin!

For more information on my cosmetics line please feel free to email me at pureminerals@kmsmineralessentials.com or visit our website at Home

Kristi,

I've seen this post numerous times so far in just a day I've been here.
I've sought to check out the brand you are marketing, however I had a few questions:

1) I noticed you listed the ingredients:
"My cosmetics are fragrant and irritant free, and contain only Zinc Oxide USP, Titanium Dioxide, Mica, Iron Oxide, Kaolin Clay. "

Bare Minerals has the exact same with the exception of Kaolin Clay. Kaolin Clay, if you didn't know, is a pretty common rock source (which is actually referred to by the term "China Clay") used mostly in the use of making paper. It is also found in many cosmetic products, toothpaste, light bulbs, and numerous medicines.

So, if you are suggesting that the brand you have been selling is better than Bare Minerals, I'd take a double look at the ingredients.
Question: Are you marketing or giving advice?

2) Titanium Dioxide and Zinc Oxide are chemicals used in SPF for sunscreen purposes. Most, if not all, base make-up's have these chemicals. Often the redness and rash issue is due to the skin being irritated by these two ingredients.
Question: Are you doing your research of ingredients before giving advice?

And last, but not least...

3) I've been to the website you have linked in every post. I cannot find anything educational and beneficial except it is a "mineral" make-up that, so you say, is better than Bare Minerals. The only thing I see is that it is cheaper.
The web site seems a be low quality for being a popular business.
Question: Is this a large company or just one woman starting out from a garage?

I like having all the knowledge before I get the product. Once I do, I make sure I find out every single detail about it. If it doesn't look promising, I won't get it.
Thank you for your time in advance!

-Sarah
