Here's a trick we wish we knew: The first beauty product you should apply every day is sunscreen, even if it's cloudy or rainy outside. Why? Good habits start young and if you use sunscreen now, you'll have gorgeous skin when you're 50, 60, 70. Plus, the sun's UV rays can penetrate clouds.

This is very true; sunscreens are a must. Apply it over your face and apply some bronzer or powder to cover it. This will provide you complete protection for the sun. You need not worry about skin cancer or discoloration of the skin.

Sometimes I think how long ago women were protecting their skin from the sun. Fortunately, at that time women were not going out of the house too often but now every woman has to work outdoors. Thanks! There is sunscreen to protect the skin.

I have been using sunscreen for the past years and I have noticed that my skin has not darkened a little bit and my skin has retained its natural color. But my hand and feet have got a light tan.

I noticed the same thing, so I bought a really big bottle of moisturizer with SPF 15 in it.

It doesn't smell like sunblock but protects my hands and arms from the sun.

SPF 15 is 93% effective so you don't really have to use higher SPF products for everyday protection.
