I'm going to a party and I bought some blue Stargazer UV eyeliner.
I like the way it looks, but it looks too plain on its own and I don't want to go with really bright eyeshadow aswell. Is there anyway I could make bright and dark eyes work together? (I worded that really weird. >.<)
